I only want a 3 minute video, why will it take hours to film?

A video that is 30 seconds or 30 minutes, will often take several hours to film to include multiple takes, multiple angels, cutaway shots, b-roll, lighting changes, outside interference, etc.

Can my video be put on my web-site?

Yes. Through a simple encoding process we can create a file that can easily be uploaded or streamed on your web-site.  We are happy to assist you or your web-master in this process. Small files can also be easily sent through e-mail for sharing or marketing. Files for ipods, iphones, and many other hand-held, video ready devices are available.

What is the difference between SD and HD?

SD is Standard Definition. HD is Hi-Definition. HD has become popular and accessible to consumers during the past couple of years. HD offers greater resolution and clarity than SD. However, HD can still be costly to produce and not everyone has the capability to view HD. HD-DVDs require an HD-DVD player, and for optimum performance, an HD Television. HD will more than likely become the new standard and more affordable in the coming years. Most consumer grade SD televisions will not reveal a visual difference between SD and HD footage.

What is widescreen or 16:9?

These terms refer to the aspect ratio of the film or video. Most home televisions, broadcast programs, and older video cameras use the 4:3 aspect ratio. This ratio is less inclusive and more square. 16:9 encompasses more of the horizontal image and has a “letter-box” or rectangular shape. Very few consumer camcorders offer a true 16:9 image. Most are simply cropping or squeezing a 4:3 image and are basically a simulation lacking the additional image size. So...if you have a widescreen television or an HDTV, you will want videos that are produced in 16:9.
